 Sources. There are still a variation of speeds out there. I use DSL but b/c I'm at the bottom end of dsl speeds I set myself as Modem speed. Likewise there's a great variation of speeds b/w users. Also some users allow unlimited uplds which means that their entire upld bandwidth is spread b/w all those uplding be that 5, 50 or over 100. Some of these points you've seen before but some not.
