transferring downloaded MP3s to iTunes????

I have an iMac that has come with iTunes. I am using LimeWire to download MP3s off the internet but wish to transfer them to my iTunes library so i can burn them to CD and sort them from there. Anyone know how to this? Can I do this? How?? thank you
