Need help with configuring speed
 

Im a new user of limeWire and am having download speed problems ..... the speed never go beyond 2-3 KB/s and my downloads are usually stuck at 1 kB/s although I have a Good Internet connection (Satellite with downlink of 256 KB/s my normal downloads go as high as 100KB/s but I dont know whats the problem with Limewire I tried configuring the software but it didn't work can anyone help.....

Make sure you're not firewalled. Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); config instructions: Firewall configuration instructions

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If False then something's partially blocking your LW.
