 I want to decrease downloading speed, but its not workin i ry to configure my download speed ,and put at 20 , becuase am using it at work , and i dont want the net on the other computer to be slow , so i try to determie it at 20 , but its not workin wll , its get back and give me a fllspeed , so am i doing anything wrong here!??!?  |
