new computer. do I have to re-buy limewirepro?

My old computer crashed but it had lime wire pro in it. Do I have to pay for the program again to get it again...or can I somehow use my confirmation number from the first purchase to install it?

Please help. My new computer makes me feel so freakin' stupid.
