 limiting uploads? How do I limit uploads? I am not a leach and I am all for sharing my files. Its just I am sure it is slowing down my download speed. My upload speed is usually around 40kbs in total while my download speed is 5-10 unless I kill the uploads, after which it goes to 50kbs IObviously I would like a faster download while still allowing uploads but at a lower speed. Any ideas? Thanks  |
