how do i cancel, I have downloaded several times and unable to get the music transferred following all the directions. Please advise where to contact to cancel?

There's nothing to cancel, lw is a free download just uninstall it from your cpu and delete it.

I would suggest you post a more detailed question about the problem your having and I'm sure someone will help you out. The people who frequent this forum are very knowledgeable and are very good about answering questions.

One suggestion is to take the time to read the forum, read the stickys and use the search to find info about your problem. most questions have been answered many times. :-)
