I purchased limewire pro on this site and it sent me an email to download limewire from some 3rd party site. The download there isn't limewire pro. The e-mail came from limewire, but my e-mail isn't on there when I try to get support. What kind of crap is this?

Check your browser history & give us a list of which sites you went to when you attempted to get LW pro. Normally, when you buy pro, you'll receive an email with a link to your personal downld page within 24-36 hrs of purchase. And LW Pro costs US $18.80.

I was going by memory trap_jaw4, so i was 8 cents off the mark. lol But you're right, the specific amount is important to know whether it was the official purchase price or not.

Yeah... I did purchase it at limewire.com and I did recieve a link to my personal download page but the limewire that I downloaded wasn't limewire pro, it was just regular limewire... so what did I pay for?

Check your email love. Make sure your email from LW's customer support didn't end up in your junkmail box. That's how you receive your link to your personal downld page! Check & double-check it. Also be aware it can take 24-36 hrs before you receive your email link! Good luck!
