HELP! Please and Thank You!
 

Ok, granted I haven't a clue as to what I'm doing but I did follow all the directions to the best of my knowedge and now that I have access to LW I try to download movies and it seems like they download but then I can't play them. It gives me an error saying the movie is missing components and can't run. I was given LW as a download for another site I signed up for bestmoviesever.com or somthing simular and had to pay for that. Ok Ok maybe I have officially been screwed but I'd like to think not. If anyone could give me a hand with this I would be forever greatful. Thank you very much.
