why is no one willing to help?!?!
 

I keep searching for things and I get NOTHING in the huge white box. I'm not lookng for unpopular items here. For example I tried Coldplay, nothing showed up, and then I (unwillingly) tried Britney Spears and nothing showed up either. What the heck is going on? I posted the same plea and no one is goving me any advice except "Lord of the Rings". Will someone out there plz help!! I tried doing the whole firewall thing, but it still comes up false on my bug report. I'm so frustrated at this point I don't know what to do!
