what are the files to backup incase of a disaster.

hi, recently my pc crashed and i did manager to backup my files using winternals admin pak. i backed up the limewire files - .limewire, shared and incomplete....after reinstalling windows and then limewire i started limewire...no probs till here....i then trfd the above mention folders to where they normally should be...initially limewire gave some wierd msg abt the save directory being invalid and gave the option to select the folder in wheich tio save...somehow i managed to get the files in righ place and saw my partially downloaded files however i had to start all over agn...incident
