I'm familiar with the Frank Sinatra version, I'm from NY, that's our anthem, but I don't recall it ever having a techno beat. Still think it's the Grandmaster Flash tune....

ok i guess no one knows what song i am talking about. it is so not frank sanatra or grandmaster funk. it is a very underground club song. i live in dallas texas, so it is very familiar at all the underground songs. just can't find it here. oh well i guess i will keep trying. thanks.
