I was trying to find some cambodian political music, but burried (and not very well), amongst the audio tracks were a few child porn videos. Thinking that they were named as a joke, I ignorantly chose to download one of them.

The title did not lie. The few seconds I saw of the video showed 3 very young girls giving some old white slob various pleasures. It turned my stomach so badly that I turned it off immediately.

What is the best way to report this sort of crime? I don't know what child protection laws (if any), Cambodia has enacted, but something has to be done. Who ever thinks this sort of thing is OK should be boxed up and sent to the worst prison possible.
