![]() When I signed up with Lime wire I was under the impression you have a 7-day money back guarnatee, but since starting and using lime wire I have gotten my money's worth. What's the difference with Pro, can you download DVD's with that or does your computer need special equipment. If I can burn CD's wouldn't DVD's be the same thing. |

![]() It sounds like you have been scamed. Go to the offical site LimeWire basic is free and Pro is $18.88 for 6 months of free upgrades. There is no subscription. Now to answer your question with Pro you get one more connection when opperating in leaf mode which in theory gives 20% or so more searching capability uoload & download speeds can be better if you get more connections both versions work well but I get slightly better results with PRO. As far as burning it depends on what software you have and if you have a DVD burner or not. Anyway if you did'nt get your copy from the official site I recomend contacting your credit card company and try to get your money back and if you want Pro buy it from the official site. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml Latter Grandpa Last edited by Grandpa; July 23rd, 2005 at 10:07 PM. |
