Cross posting is not allowed, I deleted two of your threads.

Options ->User interface ->automatic completion -> uncheck the option and apply.

and don't forget to delete the files in your "Incomplete" folder, especially if you previewed them. They'll still be there!

Try CCleaner . It cleans your history of any program, viewed files, videos, movies, pics, etc. (does not clean your incomplete folder.)
