recover deleted files?

I went into my Library to the Saved Files and unintentionally deleted a bunch of my files there. Is there any way of recovering them or do I just need to re-download the lost files? They've disappeared from the folder in my computer for my saved files as well.

You'll need a file recovery utility like norton utilities. If you don't have it you can get a free one here: PC Inspector File Recovery (click on link) (don't forget to read the instructions!!!)

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED....................SEARCHING FOR THE FILES ON MY COMPUTER DOES NOT SHOW UP..............................LOST FOR GOOD!!!!

I followed LOTR's suggestion of downloading a file recovery utility and did have limited success in retrieving some of my files, but yes I'm afraid others are lost forever.
