corrupt avi header

using gspot its telling me my file is invalid due to a corruption in the header. any ideas on how to fix this?

corrupt avi headers

using gspot to check a file it tells me this is an invalid avi file due to a corruption of the data in the header. any suggestions on how to fix this problem. thanks
