file transfer

i am trying to send my downloaded limewire files to my i pod but i am unable to cause limewire will not connect to itunes music it says error code 3260 an i have to allow port 5214 please tell me how i can do that.

So you want to use your iPod as a HDD? Hmm not sure that's a good idea to try to save to it via LW. Did you see the iPod tutorial: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/tutorial/index.html
