i signed up for basic limewire lifetime membership but when i got my comfirmation email i had been charged the following:-

Membership type:Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access for a total of 16.09 ? GBP
Pro Version Upgrade - Movie Codec Pack for a total of 9.97 ? GBP
NetSpyProtector Option - Protect yourself from malware for a total of 8.88 ? GBP

Grand total: 34.94 ? GBP!!!!!!!

i then used the customer service live chat and they told me they would correct it and charge me just for the membership. however i just got my bank statement and have been charged for everything!!!
please advise me! thanks
