Cannot access files since deleting 4.0.8

Can I access these files if I reinstall 4.0.8? Or were these files deleted off of my drive permanently since I deleted 4.0.8?

what? thats a really outdated version you have there. try updating to LimeWire 4.9.11 or try out the beta version.
