Can anyone tell me how to delete search history so that others cant see what I have been looking for?

I have all over but Limewire thinks its funny to hide from the user.

In LimeWire tools>options>view>autocompletion ----- uncheck the box --- click apply then okay.

Also by closing LW completely and restarting LW this will clear the autocompletion.

but in the newest version, 4.9.11 (or current beta) there is an option when you type for something in the search field a button on the auto-complete that allows you to clear it.

i cant remember the "official" way (besides the previous way) to clear the auto completes though, but to disable auto-complete inside of limewire completely: tools > options > view > autocompletion and untick "Enable Autocompletion of Text Fields"
