how do u move music files from limewire into "my music" .. my music is the only one i can use to make cds and i can't get them there from limewire

This might sound silly, and I am assuming you are using a windows computer, but have you tried using windows explorer to copy and paste from LWs "Shared" folder to your "My Music" folder, it is as easy as that.

BTW, you can burn CDs from any folder, I use Nero to burn from any folder of my choosing.
