Help with quality and Hits ???

i need more info about Quality and Hits...

Why i cant change Quality on my music for limewire user ???

Why i have 20 Hits on my music and all program and 0 Transfert ..its not normal ??

You have 2 choice....Answer me :

#4 = ..hummmm...i don't know...!
