Hi there i got a problem when i try to shutdown limewire by clicking exit it doesnot totally shuts itself down its still in my process list using about 50,000K and when i right click and select End process or End Process tree nothing happens it stays the same i want to know why is this because when updating limewire it says to shutdown limewire to continue installation. Can anyone Help Please

Disconnect from internet. ensure monitor window is empty (kill any apparently continuing downloads) Ensure download window is empty. Kill any downloads awaiting busy hosts, and for good messure empty the search tabs. Then it should close ... I hope that this helps

If it still won't close go to options/preferences>shutdown>close immediately>apply>ok
