Piracy

I have obtained &?%?& and want to save it to a disc, so that if my PC crashes I will have this safely stored, but I am having difficulties doing so, part of the file seems to have something missing ,as when saved to disc it will not open, keeps asking for disc one to be inserted.
Hope someone can help me please.
