are there any settings on limewire to prevent adult rated files. wen i search sometimes the search results have these in them and i have children using the computer

In LimeWire tools>options>filters>keywords ---- you can check the ignore adult content box --- click apply then okay

But as many files are mislabeled this is no insurance that adult content/material may not show up.

Remember it is the users/hosts that share material. LimeWire has no control over this.
