Default Limewire on a USB Drive

Is there a way to configure LimeWire to run on a USB drive (with user settings preserved and with minimal disk writing, also this is assuming that the Java runtime is installed on the computer)? I just want to make LimeWire run with my settings preserved on any computer using the USB drive.
