i put all my program files in shared files and now i cant get them out

I put all of my program files in Limewire by mistake when i was trying to put in my mp3s and now i can't get them out with out permanently deleting them from my computer please help!!!

I'm afraid that's beyond me... but if you explain what you mean by your program files..do you mean programs which you d/loaded with LimeWire, or applications on your comp?

With more info someone might have a better understanding of what you mean and be able to help - hopefully!
