 Ripped off as well I also purchased from the same site, its 8 days today,every day last week I tried to contact them but to no avail, their live chat service is never open, Im in Oz and I know our time is different but Ive tried all hours and as for phone help they had posted that they were having tech difficulties and their lines were down. If anyone has a toll free number I could try it would be muchly appreciated, but only if it is toll free because if its not it would cost more in the call than what I would get in a refund LOL   |
