Can anyone help me? I have been disconnected from the internet for a couple of months now but have now got a new pc. I had been connected to limewire for a couple of months before and paid for 2 years subs. can anyone tell me how I can re-activate this subscription and continue using limewire?

Hmmmm .... there is no such thing as a two year subscription to Limewire .... There are a lot of scam sites who sell one year / 2 year / lifetime subscriptions

Limewire basic is free and pro costs $18.88 for sixth months support and updates.It is avalilable here http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

in any event, and I know you may have had limewire from the official site and got the time lengths wrong ... I would go to the above site and DL Limewire basic, check it works well for you and then upgrade to pro if you wish.

Also unless you paid for limewire pro within the last 6 months you will no longer be able to update it without paying again

thats very interesting though as I definately paid £24 (£1 per month was the offer) for 2 years unlimited downloads and I was using limewire without any problems. I hadn't upgraded to pro.

you mentioned the price in $, is there by any chance a uk equivalent or is that me just being stupid!
