How do I go about uploading a file to a friend of mine, I have their IP Address

At the bottom of the search column, there is a direct connect tab next to the what's ne3w and keyword tab. Click it, and read the directions.

Thanks for the reply but I have another question about the same subject. When I click on the Direct Connect a message comes: "your computer is behind a firewall or router and cannot receive direct connections" How do I overcome this so as I can connect or have someone connect so as I can share a file

Two ideas (untested, but one or both might work)
Do you know how to add an IP?

1. You and your friend could connect to the same ultrapeer and have your friend perform a search of the file name.

2. You or your friend can also go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and try to connect to each other's IP.
