Im not buying this one bit. if you have a credit card in your country it has nothing to do with mail, you buy it online. No paperwork is exchanged.

I have no idea what it is like to live in Lebanon and neither I think do you. It is never in the news, except I did see a bomb went off there yesterday, I get the feeling that this was not an isolated incident. I fear that Mohannad lives under the conditions that the word has seen so much of in New Orleands for the last few weeks ... but his country has been like for years, and with NO help from anywhere.

I think we need to open our eyes. Yes Mohannad did something wrong ... going on about getting his free copy of Limewire and you and I have been giving him a hard time about it. I'm not sure that in his world it's at the top of his list of priorities. I seem to recall that he has an "internet shop" .. perhaps it's an internet cafe or computer shop so I guess he has access to a few old computers, and that is his contact with the world.

So yes I do buy this stuff ... and we know so little about his part of the word becaue it is so hard to get comunications out of there. Mohannad is doing his best to, however, and the fact that he might not do it very coherently or tactfully does not detract me from my opinion that his heart is in the right place.

Its called 'Social Engineering' online. Sorry Hobo, I still dont believe his excuses for one minute. There's always the free basic versions. You dont have to go out of your way to download a fake/hacked version of Pro then swear up and down that it works and try to get others to download it as well, when he said he supposedly reformatted his machine five times and got a viruses then still insisted the version he had was ok.

He didnt state where he was from in his posts and you can put anything down in the location in your profile.

then how is he online with internet access no less and downloading off his fake version of Limewire? It cant be too much of a dump if he's able to do all that.

How do you pay for your internet connection? You must have mail if you're paing a monthly charge for an ISP, right? If you can afford to pay for internet access and are getting monthly bills for it then you can buy Pro the same way. If you get monthly bills, then you get mail.

can we like drop the entire thing? i really dont care if someone goes out and downloads a hacked/spammed pro version of any program. they lose in the end.. so eh? let those kind of people go. if they insist to do it. i just dont want people around here advertising it. solong as its not advertized around here, i really dont care. just keep your "pro" versions to yourself. if you really want the pro version, download the source, and tweak it, its really alot easier than google-digging. (but, if your smart enough to know how google works, you can find lots of limewire pro acc's BUT I AINT TELLIN HOW!)
