![]() I'm brand new to this site and new to limewire. Previously I had no problem with winmx to transfer files to my windows media player and then onto my mp3 player. I'm having a hard time in doing this with my limewire library. Can anyone give me a step by srep instruction on how to share my files to my windows media player so I can transfer themm onto my lyra mp3 player? |

![]() My advice would be to transfer your music downlds to a different folder before adding them to WMP. The system normally installs a folder called "Music". I believe that's the best location to move your music to. How to get them there? Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) Then select the songs & drag & drop, or cut & paste them into your Music folder. Then use WMP to add them from there. If you'd prefer to leave them within the LW downld folder that's fine, but within WMP, go to media library & at top select Add, & choose search computer. See Using windows media player
