Unable to Initialize and Start
 

Message: "Limewire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking Limewire's access to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please access to the internet and restart LimeWire." Ok

:confused: :confused: :confused: What in the world is this??
I tried disable the xp firewall and turned off norton antivirus auto-protect.......

Read some of the forum stickys as they will tell you how to config your firewall in Limewire. And, dont leave yourself unprotected. If you disable your windows firewall, make sure you have a third party firewall running and config that with Limewire. also, make sure you have your AV turned on while downloading from Gnutella, do not turn any of these things off.
