Corrupted or infected files

Is it just me?

Every files with a size of 851.7KB, when virus scanned (norton) a virus of W32.Alcra.C or W32.Alcra.B is found.

Every Rar file that I have downloaded (over 100Mb) has had corrupted of damaged headers and is unreadable. This is very frustrating after waiting so long for the file to download.

again, is it just me?

No its not just you Gofer I have the same virus's every time I download a program called DvdFab, thank god for Norton anti virus 2005 it wont open the file.
