![]() 851.7KB IS THE MAGIC NUMBER - DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!! Within the last several days i have attempted, nearly disastrously, to obtain a few programs off L'wire - all were infected with various worms and trojans. fortunately, my anti-V caught it, but nevertheless, they are out there. be very careful. It would appear as though someone has purposely infected folders of a particular type - although i cannot verify this. in my particular case, i was trying to obtain a few different utility programs, i.e. PC Tools products, WinTasksPro and AdAware, but there are others. You'll see several zip files with a kb of 851.7 and some that are zero. beware of those specifically. I would contact the file owners as i find them, but most of the time, i am unable to connect or chat with them. I hope this gets read and passed on. Good Luck! |

![]() See WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! Problem is some people get infected but don't know it until later. And in the meantime they share files that are infected. ![]() ![]() ![]()
