limewire pro

Hi i`ve purchased limewire pro.I downloaded & installed the basic version of limewire which works fine.I`ve also downloaded & installed the pro codec but it doesn`t seem to have made any difference to the basic version & each time i connect to limewire i get a message about updating to pro.Can someone please help as im not sure what im doing wrong.Im connected to cable & have windows xp.Thanks jo
