GULP!!!! I've only been using Limewire for a few days and can't seem to work it out... I can download and listen and I have also noticed when people are uploading from me (I think that's what it is)..........

I have lots of things on my computer that I would like to share. Do I need to somehow upload these into Limewire? And if so, how do I do this?????????????
