I have recently purchased the lifetime membership with the Pro version of Limewire and didn't get the pro version and i am not reconized by the system. Why? I like the software but i also like getting what i paid for. Who do we go to to fix this problem?

Try to get your money back. If you can contact the site you bought LW from and demand your money back, also contact your cc company and tell them you were scammed. They might be able to help you.
keep an eye on your card statements as they sometimes will bill you for stuff you didn't ask for and consider cancelling your card.
