![]() I previously installed Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0 as a requirement to installing Sony SoundForge. After intensely cleaning my system, running my antivirus system, trying to restore to another time, none of these things worked. So I was suspicious of that Net framework thing. Maybe I didnt install it correctly anyway I uninstalled it and did away with Soundforge, I also uninstalled Limewire. I started to panic not really knowing a familiar alternative besides Morpheus. I reinstalled Limewire after deleting Netframeworks 1.1 and 2.0 . And as they say viola My Limewire was back up and running (and yes I also tried forwarding ports prior to finding the problem to no avail and I only could hope it was set to the default 6346 being I was unable to open LW) ![]() Anyway Hope this info helps others also.
