help!

I downloaded the Pro version of Limewire last month, on the 20th and because of a virus, I had to reformat my harddrive. Now Limewire can't find my e-mail address. I bought it straight from them for $18.88 and it shows on my credit card statement as being Lime Wire. Any suggestions?
