downloads very slow
 

why are my downloads takeing all day to download i started to dl something at 7 am and it is only 77 percent done

Guess what you cant name the files, you will get into crap, I tell you what go to the top of this thread and read some of the stickies there.
What is the number beside your downloading file.....

It varys between 5 kb and 40 sometimes i read some of the stickys and none of them helped me

There can be a number of reasons for this,
the speed of your connection
the speed of the connection you are dl from
your ISP, and so on, it can take a few hours to dl movie files
Have you disabled your firewall for LW ?

i did diable my fw and i have cable for my conection should it take all day? I mean yesterday i dl something and it only took about an hour in a half or so but gosh today it has be going all day since 7 am no joke and it is at 86% done crazy????? I thought with lw pro i was to have faster down loads but it just doesnt seem to be the case?

It must be who your downloading off and the amount of hosts. It happens, be patient its nearly done.
Did you work out your dvd burning yet?
