Hi there

I don't seem to have a DVD writer on my laptop. It is a CD writer and DVD player only. I would like to buy one that just will plug in.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced one that is easy to use ?

You should go to you local PC World store and ask for an external DVD writer that you can plug into your laptop. They will be able to advise you on model and price.

PS. Try to go during a week day (maybe even after Christmas) because Saturdays tend to be extremely busy.

PPS. The PC I now use was purchased at PC World.
