hi all im new to limewire but am using the basic version but want to go pro. ive tried to make my payments but on the order screen its asking for a zip code. i live in norway so dont have one.

ive put in numbers of our postal addy but i keep getting messages saying my payment cannot be completed.

but also check you have the correct card details expiy date and so on.

Also make sure you are getting it from the official site.

thnx all thoughs that tried to help with my problem, unfortunately
my card details were correct as was everything else i tried, maybe i should just get rid of limewire and go else where.

it would be so much easier if the company that runs this would allow non pro users to ask them whats going on:

Dare I suggest it :rolleyes: but what's most important are the credit card details & the email address since that's how most contact will be made. Otherwise consider a different form of payment. (I don't know if that was good advice or not.) You could send a pm to mformel but unfortunately she's on holiday until at least the end of the 1st week of next year. She could arrange something in that regard or have some answer to the issue.

Late edit: Paying For Limewire Pro But yes they have tried to tighten up upon security.
