 Legal??? Hey, im prob the 1000th person to ask this, but is limewire legal? I understand that in the US it is if its copyrighted or somethin.... idk im confused about the copyrights and if a file isnt copyrighted is it illegal to dl it??? help me out plz, thx  |

| Hi smallfry79, The program LimeWire is legal. It's the way people use it (eg. downloading copyrighted material) that becomes illegal. This question has been answered lots of times. Use the search (top right, between faq and home) to look for 'Is LimeWire legal' or something similar. This way, you can read many peoples opinions  |
