I paid for pro, but I don't seem to have access.

Hi all!
I subscribed to limewire and paid the extra for Pro, but it didn't indicate that I have it, and my limewire site has the nerve to offer it to me!
I've not had any messages re. firewalls, just nothing.

1. You can check to see whether you have pro by going to the Help menu > About LW; Shows About LW Pro (click on link)

2. Go to http://www.limewire.com/english/content/support.shtml & click on the pro support. See if you can log in. Try hard to remember the address you registered under.

3. See Membership? - **WARNING ** - Download p2p Clients ONLY Thru Official Sites (click on link) ie: How much did you pay? If you really bought pro from the "Official site" then you would have been sent an email from customer support with a link to your own personal pro download page!

4. Scam sites will have you pay then direct you to the LW Basic downld page. Else they will serve their own copy of LW Basic. Known Scam Sites (click on link)
