Some of the tips here might help get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members). Also, you can cancel the transaction thru your C/Card company. Ask to speak to the fraud department & explain you were scammed & didn't get what you had aimed to get. Usually they will refund your transaction if you speak to the right department of your C/Card. But also make sure the site where you paid doesn't charge monthly or whatever. It might be an idea to cancel the card & apply for a new one after dealing with the refund.

I have just purchased LW Pro and didn't receive an email link to upgrade. When I go to the help page it tells me my email address is invalid. How can I get this fixed. I have sent emails and have had no response.

Providing you bought an official version of Pro ($18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support from www.limewire.com), see the thread below for help links. Your best bet is probably to send a PM to RSterne, she should be able to sort it out for you

Thanks. It was a real version and I have sent a message to her as well as any other email that is shown, most of which have come back undeliverable. I'll just have to wait a while and see what happens.
