Unhappy How do I save a movie to my hard drive?

I just downloaded my first movie and i want to save it to my hard drive. how do i do that?! I want to burn it but I can't figure out how to do it from LW. Any help would be great!

You will have downloaded it and saved it to a folder. To check where, go to preferences or options > saving > save folder, you will see that you can, here specify a different folder for video etc. and for future downloads, you can do this.

You do not burn from Limewire. You burn from the folder the File is in.

Unhappy Thanks for the help but...

I found the movie in a folder but when I went to play it on Window media player I had sound but no picture. Any idea why that is?

Your problem is codecs. There is a sticky at the top of one of the forums about these, and I am not an expert on them.

An excellent alternative solution is to use the VLC player available from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ which has all the codecs you should need built in and should play most videos with no problem
