Popup When I Start Downloading!

WHEN I DOUBLE CLICK ON A FILE TO DOWNLOAD I GET A POPUP WINDOWS SAYING "LIMEWIRE IS UNABLE TO FIND A LICENCE FOR THIS FILE. DOWNLOAD ANYWAY?" WOTS GOING ON!!!
