how do i put mp3 music onto my mp3 player?!

i dont know how to put mp3 music onto my zen touch mp3 player. someone please help me and tell me how. i have already downloaded a song but dont know how to put it on my player. plz tell me how!

Use the search (top right, between faq and home).
Search for zen touch;)
